3 - In accepting employment as an agent, Residential Finance Network pledges to protect and promote the interests of you, the client. The obligation of absolute fidelity to your interest is primary.

4 - We do not and will not advertise or intimate terms and conditions not available and not likely to be made available. In other words, no "bait and switch" tactics!

5 - We attempt to put all agreements into written form but will abide by all agreements made in any type of communications whether written, on-line or oral (The only exception to this policy is an honest mistake by a staff member of Residential Finance Network).

6 - Residential Finance Network maintains special accounts separate from business operating accounts fort the deposit of advance fees such as appraisal, credit, rate lock and commitment fees.

7 - Residential Finance Network pledges to arbitrate any legitimate disputes concerning a borrower's mortgage application.
