or give any information
about any borrowers to any outside organization for any reason
except to approve your mortgage loan.
- Disclosing accurate information
in all of our solicitations and advertising.
- Explaining financing program
options until you understand them thoroughly.
- Informing you, in writing, of
program interest rate and point options.
- Explaining all documents of
the loan application.
- Explaining all associated costs
of the loan application.
- Explaining the disbursement
of all funds at closings.
- Explaining the loan process,
from application to closing;
- Charging only those fees which
are disclosed or re-disclosed on the good faith estimate of closing
costs.
- Charging rates and fees that
do not vary based on race, color, religion, natural origin, gender,
marital status, age, receipt of income from public assistance
programs, or good faith exercise of rights under consumer finance
laws;
- Communicating with you throughout
the loan process in a timely manner;
- Committing to be your financing
resource before, during and after your transaction.
